Using GiftNests

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to organize a gift or arrange payments. Use GiftNests lawfully and respectfully. Do not upload harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.

Organizer responsibilities

The organizer is responsible for the gift details, invitations, payment destination, closing date, and final delivery to the recipient. The organizer must have permission to share recipient information and contributor media.

Payments and refunds

GiftNests does not collect or hold funds. Contributors pay through an external payment provider selected by the organizer. The organizer and payment provider are responsible for payment disputes, refunds, fees, chargebacks, and delivery of the final monetary or purchased gift.

Your content

You keep ownership of the messages and media you submit. You give GiftNests permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the gift experience. You confirm that you have the right to share it.

Shared links

Gift and recipient pages use shareable links. Keep them private and send them only to intended participants. GiftNests is not responsible when a participant forwards a link.

Service availability

We aim to keep GiftNests reliable, but the service may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, GiftNests is provided without guarantees and is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service or external payment providers.
