What GiftNests collects

We collect the information needed to create and deliver a GiftNest, such as organizer and recipient names, celebration details, contribution amounts, messages, and uploaded photos, audio, or video. We also store the payment handle or link an organizer chooses to share.

How information is used

We use this information to run the gift page, let invited contributors participate, show the organizer progress, and deliver the finished celebration to the recipient.

Payments

GiftNests does not process, hold, or transfer gift money. Gift money is sent through the organizer’s chosen external provider—Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App—and that provider’s privacy policy also applies.

Who can see a GiftNest

Anyone with a contributor link may be able to open that gift page. Recipient messages and media remain sealed until the organizer closes the gift and shares the recipient link. Organizers should share links only with people they trust.

Storage and choices

We keep gift information and media while they are needed to provide the service. You may request correction or deletion by contacting GiftNests. Do not upload private information you do not have permission to share.

Children

You must be 18 or older to organize a GiftNest or arrange gift payments. Anyone under 18 may contribute a message or media only with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision.
